I was eager to know what account bug you were gonna post.You are a very experienced member here and knows pretty much everything...You were always here and i did not expect this to be the bug.

Now it doesnt need to go any further. I have not noticed any disrespect from any staff here. We are a community and we have no enemies here.
Ok now for the real answer of who is higher.
Actually there is no difference between elite and respected except for the fact that elite can reply to posts in accounts dump section.

But if you guys think there should be a change please post a suggestion and it would be considered.
