I just saw that our doctor (lol) i mean dr.sinto was a staff member but now he is a elite because he was not online till a months :( so my suggestions is that " there should be a section of application (i dont' mean elite application i mean application for leave from forum ) it will be very good i think and following is the pattern of application

subject : application for leave for 1 month from forum .

reason: the reason why you need a leave ???

Note : if you need any member to improve the application (if you have no time ) then i am the perfect one

Every staff or other members on higher positions will send PM to ProVirus if they want to quit their position.And Dr.sinto must have left due to some emergencies or other problems so he could not have got time to tell ProVirus about it.So he was removed automatically.

I dont think there should be a section.A pm to admins must do the job.

that really isnt a good idea, every staff even admins tell the forum team that they are going somewhere so the rest of the team would work a bit harder for him, dr sinto and geo werent for months active and didnt left a single message to anyone...
